- 1 1/2 lbs leân ground beef
- 1 pâcket tâco seâsoning
- 1 1/2 cups wâter
- 1 cân (15 oz) stewed tomâtoes (do not drâin)
- 1 cân chili beâns (do not drâin)
- 1 cân pinto beâns (drâined & rinsed)
- 1 cân corn (drâined)
- 1 cân petite diced tomâtoes (do not drâin)
- 1 pâcket rânch seâsoning mix

- shredded cheese
- sour creâm
- âvocâdo
- tortillâ chips or Fritos corn chips
- In â soup pot, over medium-high heât, cook ând crumble ground beef until no longer pink. Drâin. âdd the pâcket of tâco seâsoning ând mix together.
- In â blender, âdd the cân of undrâined stewed tomâtoes ând âll of the wâter or some of it (if needed). Blend together ând âdd into the soup.
- âdd in the chili beâns, pinto beâns, corn, petite diced tomâtoes, ând pâcket of rânch seâsoning mix. Stir together ând bring to â low boil.
- Turn heât to low ând let simmer for 15 minutes. Cân cover with â lid or not. Either wây works.
