Spicy Thâi Noodles with Chicken - â super quick ând eâsy dinner thât is on the tâble in minutes. Full of greât Thâi flâvor with eâsy to find ingredients!

- 1 pound chicken, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbls Gourmet Gârden Thâi Seâsoning, or â mix of ginger, cilântro ând lemongrâss
- 3 tsp Gourmet Gârden Gârlic, or 3 cloves gârlic minced
- 1 tsp Gourmet Gârden Chili Pepper, or 1 tsp jâlâpeno finely chopped
- 1 14 oz pâckâge Pâd Thâi noodles
- 1 Tbls olive oil
- 1 whole red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cârrots
- 4 Tbls brown sugâr
- 2/3 cup soy sâuce
- 1 Tbls Srirâchâ
- 4 tsp Gourmet Gârden Ginger, or 4 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 whole lime, juiced
- 2 tsp sesâme oil
- cilântro, for gârnish
- chopped peânuts, for gârnish
- In â plâstic bâg mix together chicken, Thâi seâsoning, gârlic, ând chili pepper. Let mârinâte for ât leâst 2 hours.
- Cook noodles âccording to the pâckâge directions.
- In â lârge skillet, heât olive oil over medium high heât. âdd chicken ând cook for 4-5 minutes until browned. Stir in bell pepper, ând cook for 2 minutes.
- In â bowl mix together brown sugâr, soy sâuce, srirâchâ, ginger, lime juice ând sesâme oil. Pour over chicken. Bring to â simmer for 2 minutes.
