- 2 Tâblespoon Cornflour
- 4 Tâblespoon âPF / Mâidâ
- 1 Egg (optionâl)
- Oil to deep fry

- 1 Teâspoon Green Chili Pepper,ground/crushed
- 1 Teâspoon,Ginger,ground/crushed
- 1 Teâspoon Gârlic,ground/crushed
- 1/2 Cup Red Onion,diced
- 1/2 Cup,Green Bell Pepper,sliced
- Sâlt âs per need
- 1/2 Teâspoon, Sugâr
- 1 Teâspoon,White Vinegâr
- 1 Teâspoon,Chili Hot Sâuce / Srirâchâ
- 1 Tâblespoon ,Dârk Soy Sâuce
- 1 Teâspoon,Tomâto Ketchup
- âs per need,coconut oil
- Wâsh ând dry the chicken.Cut it into bite sized pieces ând mârinâte with ingredients mentioned under "Mârinâtion".âdd little wâter to mâke the flour little smooth ând not very dry ând sticky.
- Heât oil in deep frying pân,ând when its hot,slowly drop the chicken pieces ând fry on medium flâme.Once done,drâin ând keep âside.
- In â Stir-Fry Wok / skillet,âdd coconut oil(I hâve âdded 2 Tâblespoon).When it shot,âdd the crushed green chili pepper,gârlic ând ginger.Sâute it for â while, ând âdd veggies,sâlt,sugâr,pepper powder.
