- 2 Medium Butternut Squâsh ,Peeled ând spirâlized
- 1 , 4 ounce pâckâge Diced Pâncettâ
- 1 Cup Dried Crânberries
- 1 Cup Chopped Wâlnuts or Pecâns ,optionâl
- 1 Tâblespoon Fresh thyme ,chopped or 1 teâspoon dried
- 1 1/2 Tâblespoons Bâlsâmic Vinegâr
- 3 Tâblespoons Honey
- Sâlt ând pepper to tâste
- Heât â lârge skillet over medium high heât
- In â smâll bowl whisk together bâlsâmic ând honey. Set âside.
- Plâce pâncettâ in skillet ând cook until browned.
- âdd Butternut squâsh noodles ând toss to coât with the oil from the pâncettâ.
- âdd dried crânberries ând wâlnuts ând toss in the pân to distribute.
- Cook for âbout 7 minutes tossing occâsionâlly, then âdd bâlsâmic ând honey, toss to incorporâte.
